If you've got any ideas or plans, post 'em here. All I know is something's got to change, because it's obvious that the current system is not working. I hear people all the time talking about how they reported that cheater and this exploit, but nothing is being done! I don't know if the system is faulty, or if the DMs are not doing their jobs or what, but something needs to be done about this already!

I'm not sure what you're talking about, honestly. To me, it sometimes seems like Turbine is ding nothing but *banning* and handing out other forms of punishment. Have you played some other MMO before DDO? If you had, you should know by know that you'll always have cheaters, you can't stop them you can only hope to contain them
