Fellow Realpoor members i have took the time to make sure there less ways everyday for someone to get scammed. Please read the following:

Some things to look at when a scammer wants to scam you is he asks questions like if you are original owner, so he can know if he will trade you or not. He/She may also ask if you have known the original owner or have contact with them. Many scammers would like to pick you out of a crowd of people that have information. But when they do so, ALWAYS make sure to never quicken the trade, no matter if you have to go somewhere. Many scammers like to trade you the same day you post or talk to them. Make sure if you would like to, hold the the trade a day or two, maybe try out the characters to see even if you really like the character. Many scammers will give you an excuse that they don't have time to show in game also, or if they tell you that you might delete their character and take their gold.

Many times, you might want to refer to a different website such as www.markeedragon.com and look under trade forums or under scammer forums. You would like to enter both, there screen name and there user name under realpoor. If you see ANY reports of scamming, usually I would stop talking to the person because of suspicion of trying to scam you. I know you'd rather have your account and wait a day then getting scammed that one day.

NEVER NEVER NEVER NEVER NEVER change the e-mails on the account UNTIL the trade is done(as in last step) IF you do change the e-mail under the account(which i hope you don't do first) make sure to go to forgot password under account management, and then click the link that says forgot username, and type your e-mail. You go to your e-mail and it lists all the account names under your e-mail. If there is nothing new to you, then please stop the trade immediatly, and block the person.

Last thing is there are many people that would like to help you out with the trade by either middlemannning for you or double checking for you if he/she is a scammer.

If you have been scammed, please send me a pm and i am more than willing to help you out and to go over the trade, if there are any possible ways to get your account back.

Best Regards,

Tubby

P.S: THERE IS NO REASON NOT TO POSTPONE THE TRADE FOR SECURITY
