Just found the site and been looking around.
How safe do you think it is for buying/selling?
It seems there are a ton of scammers.
My main questions is that I wonder if Jagex gets any info from here and bans people etc who use it?

RealPoor is not affiliated with Jagex or any other game manufacturer. We offer just a place for people to post their ads for trading diverse game items. We cannot provide any information related to game manufacturer and their principles. Game item trading, if regular, is a legal solution for each gamer individually and cannot be prohibited by game manufacturer if not declared so.
The trade bidding on RealPoor is safe. However, RealPoor is not a middleman in trading transactions so the payment itself is not in our liability. We are here to observe tradings and investigate possible scam accusitions. Otherwise we do not mediate or influence trades in any matter.
It's up on trader to decide is the trading with particular member safe or not. Our new trading system including some new upcoming features such as credit system gives more transparency to each trade and reduce chance for fraud.
Reading trading rules and visiting RealPoor Hall of Shame often, trading items with reputable traders gives you very low chances to get scammed.
