Hi there, little gamer! There is no specific numbers for gaming. We think that an hour a day weekdays and an average of 3 hours on weekends is enough. Adding to that number a time for web surfing, checking mail, chatting with friends and other activities, that can lead to almost 4 hours per weekday and 5 to 6 hours per Saturday or Sunday. The best way to calculate your time is to set exact time for computer games, for example from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. Any gaming over 6 hours is more harmful than joyful.
