Just how many cups of coffee does it take before you start s******g water?
Think of this like the how many licks to the center of the tootsie pop question.
Im out of soda and dragging ass today so im trying to prevent having to go to the store with two kids. Need to start working on the caffeine intake early this morning so I can get over the afternoon hump. Im at 4 cups so far. Soon I will be s******g fire water.

Unless by cup you mean 32oz Super Big Gulp-sized coffee mug, 4 isn't bad at all. I need to cut back on my caffeine intake. I drink between 600mg and 1g a day.

ive been drinking alot of gatorade lately been trying to kick the soda/ caffeine habit . With some hope ill be a healthy water only drinker type person

I drink about 12 of those 8 oz paper cups of coffe per day (and usually 1 or 2 of tea). I don't finish them all though, since the theme of my office is "half-filled coffee cups everywhere", so I probably only net about 50 oz of coffee/day. Not sure what that is in mg of caffeine.

An 8oz coffee allgedly has 100mg of caffeine. A 12oz coke has 50mg!

Oftentimes, just one coffee does it. Kind of handy if you're constipated (haha like that ever happens to me!  )

same, i only have like half a soda a day now, which is good enough for me, dont need to cut it completely
