No, not community or junior college but a 4 year accredited university. And if not, what level of education did you complete? Just curious to see what the educational demographics of the Bush advocates from this forum are.

Marketing degree, with minors in Computer Science, German, and English.
And in college, I was the President of the Democratic Club...but I've wised up since Clinton took office.

Cracks me up - I was strongly Republican, until Bush's "all your liberties are belong to us" reaction to 9/11

Guess I'll forever be pro-military...
Grandfather was a retired Lt. Col. Army, JAGC
Dad is a retired Lt. Col. Army, JAGC
I grew up on Army bases in the US and Europe
Even went to a Military Academy instead of a public High School.
/shrugs
Thinking back, I should have joined up after college...

About 72 credits, no degree.
Worth about 750k and generate ooodles of disposable cash each and every month. Oh, and I'm 42 and never have to work again, forever, if I choose.
My ex has an 8 year degree and will be working until she is 65.
Ans she will still be in debt. (she is a hardcore conservative.)

Yeah....Ok.
I been there too brother. If I sold everyhting I own in NY, I could buy a 20 acre mansion over looking the pacific, out right. Don't kid yourself, 750k is a large chunk of change anywhere in the world.

My house is 3 bedrooms, 2500 sq ft. and 3 blocks up from the cliffs. It's worth 1.3 million dollars. My mother's a real estate agent, to give some weight to that number.
The houses on the cliffs sell for upwards of 4 million, easy, and a 20 acre mansion would sell for 15 million, before putting it on the cliffs.
Get over yourself. The west coast isn't as cheap as you'd like to think.

Just look.
Open your eyes and take a look at the properties you can buy in northern California. You can get large acreage for reasonable prices. It just depends on where you look. I took a drive on the PCH and saw ppl living in trailers surrounded by garbage not 2000 yards from the ocean.
And thats just California, Washington and Oregon are even cheaper.
Mommys house may be worth a mint, but that means nothing. There is a lot of undeveloped land out there. Just because you can spout off 1 and 4 million dollar house prices means nothing. The house I live in is surrounded by million dollar properties. And properties that are worth a lot less.
Affordable properties that can be bought and developed by people who aren't Donald Trump are out there.
You just have to look.
This took me 15 seconds to find.
14 acres, 210k.
| Quote: | Bay Center Area with...
14.08 Acres
• Waterfront: Property fronts at medium bank, Property fronts on bay
• View: Bay, Ocean
• Features: Evergreens, Heavily Forested
• Sewer: Not available
• Electricity: In street
With the beauty of nature around you, 14-plus acres and 1000' of waterfront, could you ask for a better lifestyle? Witness the full beauty of nature from the lush mature evergreens, to the elk/deer, to the salmon, oysters, clams & other sea life at your doorstep. Spectacular setting with equally spectacular views of the Bay & beyond to the Pacific Ocean. Two approved building sites w/water & electric to both. Approximately 13+ acres with 1000' of med. bank waterfront. Private on cul-de-sac. |

if you can't manage money or don't have a knack for running a business, then college is the surest way to advancement. Can always have both, but still.
