How many continents in Guild Wars world?

Hi there. Well, I would like to know how many continents there are in the Guild Wars. I want to make comparison with the other games, especially LOTRO and Wow for which people are saying that they really are the best regarding everything. I believe that the size of the land is very important fact if you want to have interesting time in the game.

You see, speaking about the size of the world really doesn’t matter that much, as it matters what you actually do with your time inside that world of yours. Anyway, the land of Tyria consist of three continents, and it takes about ¾ of the entire World of Warcraft territory. Someone, please correct me if I am wrong.
