It all says above. So, how does this work exactly and what are its benefits? This points are used for buying stuff, right? Is this system connected to PvP point system, too? I really dont know if I am right, but I think these points are interchangeable. Am I wrong or not?

The point system that has been recently introduced is something completely different, thus it cannot be compared to PvP point system. New point system makes possible for you to buy various virtual items, such as hover board and jet bike, which make cruising thru the Rubi-Ka easier and faster. Dont know about PvP points, though.
