I found a hax that lets you play with all of them offline, but like...I dunno how to switch to them =p

there are little arrows in the top right of the kit boxes when you pick your kit

man I just got through testing them all out, and honestly, I wasnt impressed with any of them
the anti tank one will f**k people up close range bigtime, but wont do shit to vehicles.
the engineer one was ok, but not impressive...was an upgrade from their s****y shotguns though
the support one couldnt hit shit if you were 2 feet from it
the medic one has a scope, but shit, i didnt like it
the sniper one....chinese lose their 3 shot thing, i guess it has a better scope.
the rest really werent much different from their originals

I took the PKM (support MG) on the ranked servers. it's f*****g leathal if you get a good line of fire . On Karkand i pick a spot between the first flag and the Marine spawns, facing one of the holes in the fence. 9 out of 10 guys who come thru that fence die until they find me
