I deleted the internet explorer folder. f*****g thing was f****d up.

nope.
i have SP2 and f*****g microsoft (the group of dumbshit p****s they are) only have IEexplorer 6 SP 1 on their site to download
so i had to uninstall SP2 and reboot. then reinstall IE 6 and now im downloaidng SP2 again
f*****g MS.

Start > Control Panel > Add/Remove Programs > Add/ Remove Windows Components. Check Internet Explorer, insert Windows XP disc and patch IE when done.

Putting IE back on is just replacing the problem you solved by deleting the folder in the first place.
