The rating requirement for Shoulders is gonna be increased to 2200. Yes i think that is alot and is hard to obtain. 2000 wasnt so hard compared to 2200. Imo shoulders should stay at 2000, what do you think?

2000 is TOO easy, 2200 makes shoulders at least for the good arena players some sort of way to separate themselves from the rating buyers.

Oh man, that's asking alot, only the top teams are really going to have awesome shoulders then, that sucks.

Season 4 is going to be nice but a pain also.. The top players will get season 4 while the rest are stuck.. On big pvp servers is nearly impossible to get all the gear before the next season..

I think that's the point, everyone has their shoulders. They want it to try and match their pve equivalents.

It really is just a waste of time you spend a few months getting all your s3 pieces then they come out with s4 stuff going to take just the same and it going to be like 400 more hp like 1 or 2 more res its just for looks unlike when raiding the stuff you get is a much better upgrade. If they are going to put personal ratings on everything they should increase the stats by a bigger margine.

So were all the other sets. But S1-S3 is a pretty big difference.

I'm actually rather happy they're doing this. It keeps people that hold 1300 teams consistently from getting 4/5 pieces of gear pretty nicely.

It's kinda sad since they also nerfed the team boosting which makes people have to stay in the same team, rerolling sucks now since you have to find a partner that is going to STAY in your team.. not even mentioning the ugly s4 looks.

It's good. Higher rating is better.
Remember the quality of the items. It's sick; the weapons are as good as SWP weapons or better; even S3 was pretty much equal to warrior T6 (hello, wtf?). The higher rating requirements will give less people sick quality items, it's less 'welfare'. So yeah, it's a good thing.
Only downside is that melee scales so !@#!@#ing good.

2000 was impossible enough for me to get not to mention 2200. They seem to be making the stuff more and more for the hardcore. Just another carrot on the stick I guess.

i think that the ratings are fine i know that i dont have good ratings atm, but its gonna stop people from getting all s4 throughtout the season with just buying points or not even being good and getting Welfare epics....this just makes the top pvp player get some respect.

Eh dont matter cuz noobs that buy gold will just buy rating along with their points. Thats why I see s3 wars that I crush with my s1 rogue.

I'm not sure how competitive it is now, but near the end of season 2 I started doing arenas for the first time and got up to 2300 in less than a couple weeks in 2v2 and 3v3 so unless it has gotten that much more competitive 2200 seems reasonable for a top tier item.
