Well? Is there some way to control them, do I need to join them to a fleet or something? Also, how much of an energy output they provide? I mean, is there a formula to calculate this, depending on tech level or what? Thanks in advance.

You "launch" satellites just by building them. You build them in the shipyard, of course. No need to control them, they're passive – just launch them and they'll orbit your planet providing energy, the amount of which depends on how close your planet is to the sun. Now as for that formula, I'm going on memory here, but I think it's something like this: One Satellite's Energy Production = (The planet's max temperature / 4) + 20.

the satellite energy production depends of temperature my temperature variations are from -2 to 38 and I'am getting about 50 per 1. but it depends on a temperature so some times I get only 30 per one...
