Has anyone here canceled their account and came back? If so how di dyou do it, the only option I get is "Register New Account" then it tells me to enter my CDKEY, which I do, and it says this cd key is already registered and it wont let me go anywhere else. I don't see any button to let me edit billing, or anything, if you have any idea let me know.

Hmm.. I reactivated Dunn's account last night and it was just like reactivating an EQ account..
Just type in username and password and it will process it then come back and tell you don't have a subscription at which point it will pop up a new windown with Register Now? Yes! No! as options.

whenever I type in my password it gives the the option to subscribe, I click subscribe, and the only option I get is 'Activate New Account' with two different country flags below it for different languages. If I click 'Activate New ACcount' it wants me to enter my CD KEY, and of course my CD KEY is already registered so it wont let me get past that screen. I can't find any other option regarding an existing account

yay, got it worked out with SoE
apparently some p***k had access to my SWG account and was still billing it to my credit card. I got the PW back now, my character is still in tact
