The title says it all, really. I know it's in Options, but when I go there and check the little Enable box, nothing happens. I checked, and I zero fleet activity, zero building production, and zero research, so I don't know what the problem is! I really need to be away for at least a day, but I can't just leave everything on auto, can I? Please help!

This sometimes happens, even though you've covered all the conditions, you still can't go into Vacation. What you want to do is turn down the production of all your mines to 0%. I know, it doesn't make sense because you don't get resources in Vacation mode anyway, but go figure. When I did that, I could Vacation. Guess it's a bug of some kind.
