Ok I linked a batch file to run defragmenter in the shedular but it does not show it the program ran and completed or not like 98 did.
Anyone know how I would do this?

I'll upload it to r00tus' FTP...it's what the Windows defragmenter is based off of, but it owns.

Thanks Sunk and I might download it if I cant figure this out. There has to be a way to tell without leaving the command prompt open.
Anyone know a way I could make a batch file send me an email if it completes sucessfuly?
This is at a remote computer and not something that I check very often.
