How are you suppose to feel when someone you know or used to know does somethign completely awful and completely against everything you knew about him/her? I'm sure you have all heard about the Alabama Church Arsons. It turns out that an old friend of mine was one of the students arrested. In fact I let him stay at my place last summer when he came up to visit from Alabama. It's just way wierd because I never pictured him to be the type to do something like that. Really makes you question what you think you know about people.

I know he was in to alcohol/weed, but I don't know how heavily, and it seems hard to blame the whole thing on him being under the influence, because it all spanned a weeks worth of time. Somewhere he would have had to sober up and think....hey....this is wrong.
