Yeah, it was something kind of like that. They made you jump through hoops only to send you back to the start just when you thought it was all done. Guess they thought the irritation factor was working for them at least, maybe some people went "Ah, s***w it, I'll just keep paying the subscription, gotta be easier than go thru all this crap…"
