Train at mossies at high level and scorpians at low level. Both have hiding spots.

I'd recommend what he did, actually. lol Moss Giants are terrific for training and they have decent drops.

ya moss gaints usally give me some good drops (sell the seeds that you get some are worth a lot of gold  )

Lv 28 Flesh Crawlers give most EXP/DMG. Best for training range as they are low lvl and populate in mass.

Go to the stronghold of security in Barbarian Village and kill shoot minotaurs. They drop iron arrows, so you never run out of arrows. When I did it, I ended up with quite a few more arrows than I started with.

Yeah, I suggest For Ranged 1-20 Cows, 20-30 Al-Kharid Warriors, 30-45 Scorpions, 45-55 Mossies or Deadly Red Spiders, and 55+ Lessers.

Id recommend training on the highest levels in the stronghold on security that you are comfortable with. Look for good safe spots.

I find that moss giants are often hard to hit at 55 range and that you have to bank the big bones constantly. For f2p i suggest if you are 1 def go to hobgoblins by crafting guild or use the safespot in flesh crawlers. with higher range lvl like 65 go to ankous and range them for xp and profit. if you have higher defense you can tank flesh crawlers with maples shortbow, best full helm, best legs, green vamps, and green d hide top.

Mossies are always crowded so i suggest lessers. Be sure to routinely pick up your arrows though because f2p noobs like to steal.
Lessers also drop better items than mossies which is a plus.

You should try in varrock sewers across from the skelies. I always train there and you get 100xp per monster which isn't bad
|

lesser demons in the mage tower and on the isle are nice and u have good chance for drobs make sure u have telekentic grab to get ur arrows if u want em back for the cage.
