Housing in Fallen Earth?

How will housing be handled in Fallen Earth, compared what we've seen in that area in other MMO RPG games? Will you be able to buy or steal your own apartment, somewhere in a relatively stable player-friendly area? Or, maybe your faction would provide one for you? But what would happen if you changed factions, then?

No idea on the housing, I just wanted to point out that I hate it when people write stuff like "RPG games". Oxen and morons, I hate 'em both

Why do you need housing? You have a stable or garrage for your horse/whehicle and bank for you items, if you have a lot of it.
