15 year loan at 5%? I wouldnt worry about paying it off. you could throw an extra $100 a month at it, but really, you have already covered most of the interest by going with a 15.
Im paying extra each moth because of my 30yr. I wont pay principal unless I pay extra for years.
now, if its a choice between paying extra on your house, and more cocaine, well, only up your cocaine intake a little.

at your rate with no PMI, that means you are more than 20% equity in. good job.
