Ok list your picks and why you are picking them
Who you think will also be in the finals
(1) OTT vs NYI (8 ) - Ottawa in 6 (Isles will be lucky to win 2 games)
(2) NJD vs BOS (7) - Jersey in 6 (Brodeur will win this series)
(3) TAM vs WAS (6) - Tampa in 5 (Washington just plain sucks)
(4) PHI vs TOR (5) - Leafs in 7 (Philly won't score enough and won't stop Sundin and Mogilny to take it)
WESTERN CONFERENCE - FIRST ROUND
(1) DAL vs EDM (8 ) - Edmonton in 7 (Great rivalry and Dallas has some hurt)
(2) DET vs ANA (7) - Detroit in 5 (Detroit has scoring power and will outscore Anaheim)
(3) COL vs MIN (6) - Colorado in 6 (Simply because of Roy)
(4) VAN vs STL (5) - St. Louis in 7 (Vancouver will choke on this one, their big line won't be so big)
I see Colorado and either Toronto or Ottawa in the finals but Toronto needs a few of their injured to come back to get there.

(2) NJD vs BOS (7) - Jersey in 6 (Defense > Offense)
(3) TAM vs WAS (6) - Tampa in 5 (Tampa has more skill even though they are a young team)
(4) PHI vs TOR (5) - Leafs in 7 (should be close, but the leafs are getting back some good players for the playoffs)
WESTERN CONFERENCE - FIRST ROUND
(1) DAL vs EDM (8 ) - Dallas in 7 (Excellent team all-around)
(2) DET vs ANA (7) - Detroit in 5 (Veteran team with good offense)
(3) COL vs MIN (6) - Colorado in 6 (Roy, solid team)
(4) VAN vs STL (5) - Vancouver in 7 (Both teams have goaltending issues but vancouver is a better team)
I think it will be DET vs. OTT in the finals

(2) NJD vs BOS (7) - Jersey in 4 (Boston is reeling and Broduer is the best)
(3) TAM vs WAS (6) - Tampa in 6 (TB is on fire but this is going to be close. It's the most evenly matched 1st round series)
(4) PHI vs TOR (5) - Flyers in 7 (Belfour will keep the Leafs close, but the Amonte trade makes Philly a serious problem in the east))
WESTERN CONFERENCE - FIRST ROUND
(1) DAL vs EDM (8 ) - Dallas in 4 (Poor Edmonton, they don't have a chance now that Anson is gone)
(2) DET vs ANA (7) - Detroit in 5 (CuJo must stand tall though, or this series goes to Anaheim in 6)
(3) COL vs MIN (6) - Colorado in 5 (Minnesota is pooped, Roy & Co. is about to steamroll them)
(4) VAN vs STL (5) - Vancouver in 6 (STL failed to acquire a solid goalie and got mauled the last 2 weeks of the season. The carnage continues in the playoffs.)
I predict a Detroit vs. Philly finals. Philly has only lost twice since acquiring Amonte and Cechmanek is the most underrated goalie in the league right now. Detroit is just too deep for everyone else, hall-of-famers Larionov and Robitaille are on their 4th line for crying out loud and the Zetterberg/Datsyuk/Hull line has been the most explosive in the league since February.

I can guarantee Phily and Toronto will not make it to the Stanley Cup. These two teams are just gonna kill eachother in an amazing series, and are gonna be too injured to go all the way.

It will go to 7, but Av's will take the cup home. Ottawa are a bunch of choke artists.

Ottawa wishes they were a finals team. They over-achieved all year long, and if by some small miracle they do make it into the finals, they'll get crushed in 4 or 5. Col, Det, Dal, Van, and STL are all much better teams.

Wings beat the Ducks
Avs beat the Wild
Nucks beat the Blues. (Could be blues if osgood is good in net)
2nd rnd in West.
Stars beat the Nucks.
Avs beat the Wings.(This one could go either way , but Roy is going to be the diffrence.)
West Finals,
Avs beat the Stars
East
Islanders beat the Senetors.
Devils beat the Bruins
Lightning beat the Capsand this is a toss up
Flyers over the Leafs.(Toss up here , if Flyers can auctally score then it's all them)
2nd Round.
Devils beat Islanders
Flyers beat Lightning(Maybe flyers will suck this series up and bolts will go on )
East Final
Devils beat Flyers
Cup Finals
Avs beat the Devils. This is what I think is going to happen , but I'll be for the bolts all the way
