I've had about 4 70s, all on different accounts, and the original owner of one. That's my 70 rogue. About 1 Month ago I had a keylogger and I kept playing WoW, checking my emails, etc during that period of time. Then after formatting my PC (took about 2 - 3 days because I couldnt get my hands on a WinXP CD) then I installed WoW about 3 Days after, and took nearly a whole day to install WoW/BC and patch it up. Before going on my rogue, I leveled my cousins Lock from 65 - 70. Took about a week or two. Then time came to play my rogue again. PW wasnt working. I tried logging in WoW.com but that wasnt working either. I tried SQ/A but the Ph Number and Email address were both changed!

I Armoried my rogue up, and its like someone is ACTUALLY playing him! He's gotten 2 Arena Teams, joined a guild.... and transferred to another server. I hope he is still in my account.

I have the original CD key, address, phone number and SQ/A for the account. Also I e-mailed blizz 1 week ago but gotten no response. Anything Else I can do to retrieve my account back?

thats happened to me b4 i had to keep emailing em till i finally got there attention like notify the blizzard hacked bit but yeh took me 4 days to get mi char bak.. i sent like 8 emails in and then if that dosent work make a character and ask a gm go to help with the character bit and tell them and they will tell the account investigaters and you should get it back ...hopefully my information helped Smile

Speak to a tech, explain the situation

The CD keys and the original credit card will get you your account back that day.
