Hey, do not be sad. Of course, we will help you. We also once were newbie’s in the game, and we DO remember how hard it was. We are always here for giving an opinion, or helping other players. If someone will not help you, that is their problem. They will need the help one day. In addition, now to return to your question at last. What is your question? You just said that you have a question on NeoPets balance, but did not tell it is. So, post that first, and then we will help you. There are so many things you can ask, and balance can be tricky to understand if you are not specific.
