So like if I run bit torrent downloads and leave teh computer, I will get a BSOD that says STOP: 0x000000D1 Driver IRQL NOT LESS OR EQUAL...Beginning dump of pohysical memory.
I went to windows 2k page to update, did and restarted, and it still does this....anyone have a clue what the hell is going on. Plz don't make me reinstall 2k3 =/

Bit Torrent will eat up every ounce of memory you have... might be bad memory

Get Memtest 86 boot cdrom and let it beat the ever living EvilDunn out of your ram. Chances are this is causing that..
If that doesn't cause it to fail, go get 3Dmark or SiSoft Sandra and let those beat the crap out of it too.
The less than IRQ message can also imply that 2 devices on your system are sharing an IRQ, and while this works 9999.9% of the time, occasionally they crash.
