I have downloaded X-Fire and after I install it and try to open it, it gives me a message telling me that there's something wrong with "C:/Program Files/Xfire/xfire.exe" and it asks me to upload this long string of html to xfire.
What's up with that?

Try to completely uninstall the program and re-download it and whatnot. You might have got a corrupted file in there somewhere.
