The MTA, that is.
I'm sure at least some of you have heard the song about this guy. For those of you who haven't, Charlie is a man from Boston who, on a rather sudden and fateful day, put ten cents in his pocket, kissed his wife and daughter, and went off to ride the MTA.. neglecting to realize that the trip would actually cost 15 cents, as he would have to pay another nickel before getting off. Upon not being able to pay this nickel, he was doomed to ride forever.
Anyway, these guys want to help charlie get off.
