On PC or XBOX? I have played the xbox versions of Knights of the Old Republic and Freedom Fighters. Both were very good, and different. KoToR is one of the best star wars games I have played. The only problem I have with the game is that the combat system isn't as active as I like it to be.

Freedom Fighters is great, but kinda short, you can finish it in 2-3 days but its really fun.
Knights of the Old Republic is f*****g awesome, and you can spend upwards of 50-60 hours on it (even more going through again to play it differently)
Both I played on the X-box so I don't know how they fare on the PC.

Freelancer is a cool space flight sim, with good multiplayer potential. However, the missions are repetetive, iirc there are like 4 different scenarios, change names / locations, new mission. Had fun with the game for a few weeks tho.
KotOR was awesome. Played it through the first time on the XBox and then started it on the PC. Didn't like it much on the PC, as the controls weren't as fluid and nice to me. Should probably give it a try again, but not interested atm.
