At first it looked to me that maybe you have a problem with a computer configuration. Maybe it did not support the EvE online game. You should check up on that before putting in option other possibilities. On the other hand you might have a corrupt file that is not making it possible to download a game. The problem probably is in your computer because I don't see how it is possible to be up to the game itself, nobody else complained about download before. Or, maybe, you just didn't follow the proper steps the right way. You should try again with down load and if it fails again, then you definitely need help.
