Hardcore mode in Guild Wars: yes or no?

I still didn’t picked up that patch for Hardcore mode, and I heard it is released in 20th of April this year. Well, can we achieve level higher than 20 or there are just few minor things changed only? Don’t blame me, the term “minor” is not literal, just my addicted gaming habit. Is it worth of trying or not? I need some comments on this. Thanks in advance.
First of all, not the Hardcore like in Diablo II, but the simple Hard Mode. Well, what does it represents? Nothing particular, the greater AI, harder to kill enemies and foes, greater rewards, lockpicking is enough to open most of the cages instead of carrying those keys. Nothing more but this: “Oh, please will you be just a little bit more addicted? Pleeeaseeee, just until the next story arrives….”
