the committee admitted in interviews last year that it gave d*****t Jimmy Carter his award specifically to embarrass the Bush administration

I've always liked the idea of the Nobel Peace prize and the other nobel prizes. Its good to recognize those who do really good things for humanity. However I think its one of the most tragic things in the world today that its become so politicized. They took one of the best things in the world and made it into one of the worst.
