Hi, guys, I've never played GW until just recently, and now that I've tried it, I like what I'm seeing. The thing is,I'm not all that into building up the character step by step, and going through the single player game to buff it up for PvP ... Are there any cheats to get me through it quickly, like trainers and stuff like that?

Plainly put, there are no cheats in Guild Wars. There are minor system exploits and stuff like that, but these get weeded out with each game update / patch.
Less plainly put, only losers use cheats, and I find it hard to believe that you would so brazenly ask other (potential) players to help you cheat - in a competitive game, no less
