What does it mean exactly, this code 13 error? I've been playing as usual, not doing anything new, when the connection crashed, and I got only a "GW couldn't complete the operation Code=13" note. I tried reconnecting again, but got the same message. Is anyone else having this, or is it just me?

What, again? This was last an issue almost a year ago, when they did some major update or something, and caused a bunch of people to be booted off with the Code 13 error reported. If someone else is seeing this, you should all report to ArenaNet that this is happening, so they can do something about it.
