Anyone know of a good site that has these listed and detailed? I mean, is there some place that has a listing by class, expansion pack, and location? Ideally, there would be maps and instructions too, but I guess that's too much to ask for. Appreciate your help, thanks in advance.

Today's your lucky day, I guess. I just recently stumbled upon (literally, check out stumbleupon.com) this site: http://www.xennon.co.uk/eliteskills/
It's a listing of all elite skills in the game, complete with maps, exactly as you specified. Well, actually it's not 100% complete, the author says he's currently in the process of adding Nightfall elites.
