I know I'm gonna sound like a complete and utter noob right now, but I have to ask nevertheless.
What the hell is a "PUG"?
Is it an acronym of some sort? If so, what exactly does it stand for?
If it's not, than what, a creature, an item, WHAT?!

Whoa, take it easy there, it's not that big of a deal…
P.U.G. = Pick Up Group. Essentially, it's a group assembled by having a bunch of random strangers join up.
