Could someone explain this to me, is this possible? I mean, can you take weapons from the PvP section of the game and give them to PvE characters (your own, or someone else's)? I mean I know people mostly e-bay this stuff… I haven't played GW before, I'm just starting to get into it…

And already you've learnt that most people get their gear on e-bay? That's a good, level-headed start ;)
Anyway, yes, trade between alts is possible, very much so. But most of it goes in the opposite direction, farmed hi-quality stuff from PvE goes to PvP arena chars.
