Guild Wars Full attribute points

How do I raise the attribute points to max? If I got it right, the maximum amount is 200, right? If that's so, then I'm still short… I did the garden mission, but that didn't get me where I want to be… Do I have to be ascended to max out the attribute points?
Well, it all depends. What campaign are you playing, anyway? You can only get your attribute quests in the campaign that your character is originally from. Like, if it's from Prophecies, you'll get the Dragnar Forge thing, but not the Ran Masu Garden one. And yes, for some quests you have to be ascended, such as the Forge one in Prophecies.
