So, I keep hearing about this monk build that lets you solo areas like Fissures of Woe and Underworld? It's supposed to somehow make you bring your hit points down way low, and then you … take less damage, or something? Can someone bring me up to speed on this, please? TY

Sure, it's the 55 hp monk build. In brief, what you do is use five superior runes to bring down your life down to 55 hit points; if necessary, there's that -50 hp item from the Ascalon quest, too … But the point is, when you get down to -55 hp, protective spirit will make you take a maximum of 5 damage, and mending will heal you completely.
