Guild Wars Elite Skill Bosses and Their Locations

I’ve been playing Guild wars for about a month and I’m loving it. What I’m looking for is a list of Elite Skills Bosses with the locations they can be found on. A friend had told me that the Mind Freeze boss can be found at Witman's Folly but I haven’t been able to find him there. Thanks a lot guys!
There are plenty of lists made and you can find the one I used here: http://www.associatedcontent.com/article/31262/guild_wars_guide_to_the_elite_skills.html . If you don’t find some boss the first time you go somewhere try restarting the mission because they’re randomly spawned you can try this with Witman’s Folly. Mind Freeze can also be found at Ice Floe.
