Is it true that Guild Wars Ascalon is destroyed? At first I was thinking that my friend, the one who told me this, was just making a joke, but after I while I started thinking in a different direction. I don't know if he was kidding or not, but I hope you can make this dilemma go away. Guild Wars Ascalon destroyed?

I think that he was not kidding. I am pretty sure that he was not kidding, but I am surprised that you are so surprised. I don't know what were you thinking, but this wasn't planned to stay there forever. It was just a matter of time, before somebody was skillful enough to make it disappear. On the other hand you don't have to worry so much, because in no time there will be some other Guild Wars Ascalon build and you will not even remember the old one after some time. Just give them a little time and everything will get into place.
