I overheard some guys talking about BT at lunch today and one guy said you have to use something Guardian so no one can trace stuff back to you. Anyone know anything about this or could point me to a FAQ about it if it is....

PeerGuardian probably, I've never used it, but I think it was mostly for Kazzaa, and those kind of programs.

yup, peerguardian.
it's basically a firewall that keeps a list of IPs to agencies known to want to sue you. so it blocks them from you. and auto updates. works with anything.

is it the same thing as SafePeer from Azureus? Huge list of blocked IPs there...seems like most of them are in Asia, too :p

sounds like it. PG just works with anything you use though. regardless of what it is, it will block them.
