f*****g AOL. I hope they burn in hell!
Looked at Monster.com...thought it was kinda weak.
Haven't had to look for a job in, well, a long damn time. Gonna try some headhunters I think, too, but are there any national companies? I don't know the names of any offhand.
Not really looking for a temp agency, so much as higher end job placement.
Any help or reasonable (i know you f*****s) suggestions welcome!
Josh

If you're going for monster/dice, be sure to search every single state in the US and send out at least ten resumes a day.
Definitely make a friend at two or three local headhunter places.

I hear they are hiring people with your skillsets in Bangalore and Mumbai, Kantiz. 136k Rupees (about $3k).
Only trouble is you will have to actually work and respect customers instead of b******g about them like the (soon to join you on the dole lines) Dunn.

Eduin

The point was that you keep on talking about jobs that would not help anyone at all. You dug at American Tech Support, yet you want foreign people who DON'T EVEN KNOW THE LANGUAGE WELL to handle it. I bet you've never even f*****g worked in Tech Support, have you? Oh wait, living in Scotland probably gives you an idea, with the fact that 4 out of 10 people applying to small business jobs don't even meet the literacy level...

Learn to read dumbfuck. Employers are moaning for more central funding on education rather than spending money on training themselves or better still, using effective recruitment practises instead of relying on utterly incompetent Salespeople with the self-styled title of "recruitment consultant".
Opinions are usually meaningless only facts matter.

So here's a question for you. How do you know that Dunn isn't doing the best job humanly possible while doing his Tech Support gig? You seem to insist that because he comes in here to blow off steam and a few people that he just finds idiotic, that he will soon be canned. Where are you getting this information from? Or is it your opinion, based 100% off of... well, just that. Your opinion.
Are you awair of what he really does while working? Have you ever actually had him assist you with tech support problems of your own? I highly doubt that you know first hand on either of those points. Instead, you just insert your opinion and spew forth more meaningless nonsense. What's the point?

It's based off experience of managing people in customer contact environments. In general terms, those staff who display the most contempt for customers away from the contact environment also deliver the lowest level of service when performing their jobs.
It's not 100% but it's a very good indicator of who needs to have closer monitoring of their performance which will then indicate exactly who needs more training or "a little friendly chat".

Eduin

Job Search
State - Your state
City - Your city
Then click search
This is where I work, they pay well and have exellent benifets. Basicaly most of their jobs are data entry, CSR, other things involving computers and typing a certain WPM.
