Samurai Fiction, Akakage, Uzumaki (Spiral), Ichi the killer, and Junk are pretty pimp movies. Samurai Fiction and Akakage done by the same director and have a comedy/ drama feel to em. Uzumaki, Ichi, and Junk are just f****d up movies. Lots of blood and twisted scenes in the last 3 listed movies.
Samurai Fiction - Knee slap comedy
Akakage - knee slap comedy meets typical "for the one I love" drama
Uzumaki - obsession with spirals making the humans evolve into big ass snails (lots of blood)
Ichi The Killer - japanese gangs meet crazy child afraid of pain, but gets off on slaughtering ppl. (lots of blood)
Junk - eh...

They're just regular japanese films. I've seen a bunch of them and they're pretty cool. They're some wacky f****d up film makers. It's like they did em for their college project or something, very low budget typically.

I remember seeing a trailer for Ichi the Killer, and wanting to see it. Then seeing the DVD at Best Buy months later, thinking I should buy it. Maybe I should go get it. =\

That movie was the worst one I've ever seen, ever. Well......Master and Commander is close 2nd.
