Good/bad features in Lineage2

I am searching for some good mmorpg that I would play as a secondary game, that is – casually only. Does Lineage 2 belong to such a games? Please give me a short list of all pros and cons, all good and bad features in the game. I would appreciate an argumented discussion.
Here’s my opinion: The main advantages of the game: excellent graphics, no lags, don’t have to wait to connect (as in WoW), great story, many details. Cons – a subscription lol just kidding, I know that it is impossible to keep such a good game cheap or even free! The faces of characters are almost all the same – not much of diversity here.
