I need help in signing up Ghost online! When I go to form, I fill out everything and then on another page when I click next (I think) application puts me on the previous page. And yes, everything is in Chinese or Japanese. Can you help me with registration? Ive tried again and again but couldnt do nothing.

Many people have problem with registration. Its because the application itself is buggy, and of course most of the stuff isnt translated or is translated badly. However, theres a video user manual out there on youtube, its worth checking out. Just go to youtube and search for ghost online sign up.
