im in la theine. level 11. from 10-13 you can solo rock eaters at the lake for uber xps.

I always found getting groups was easier in Ghelsba, and faster pulls than the lake in La Theine.

I got 11, damn your brother and his broken car~
Also I think Ghelsba is better too so long as you can find a decent group to do the fort with, hell even duoing with a 10-11 war or melee with 5 war sub (for provoke) in the lower part of ft ghelsba would be ownage xp.

Yeah that shit p****d me off....
Right when I get a nice group, my brother calls saying he tried getting out of park and f****d up the transmission. He's gotta drop some mean cash to get it fixed now ><

Ghelsba. You'll end up with more gil and it's good for levels 9-12. At 12 you can do grotto in a group up till 15.
