Hi. I have received several beta key from my friends, so I can trial how the world of LOTRO is working. I know that is legal, because it is meant to be given away. I have tried it, so I want to upgrade it. However, I cannot. It says that my upgrading key is not valid. Can someone help me?

Those Beta keys are for other people to evaluate LOTRO game, before they buy it. That way you can evaluate the game, and see how good it really is. Once the trial period has ended, the key is not valid anymore. Because of that fact, you cannot upgrade the game. You must buy the license if you want to continue playing the game. If you really like the game, it is worth paying for the game. You can spend many glorious hours and have many honorable victories playing the game. Lord of the Rings Online is worth every cent you put in it.
