You have obviously never played Mario Kart or Double Dash for that matter.
That game is fun as hell when you wanna compete.
ps2 owners have the bragging rights btw except in graphics
XBOX owners can just lock there selves in a room and play those 5 good games that Xbox has.

The xbox kills the GC in good games.
Xbox is my favorite system by far and i have 2 ps2's, GBA, GC, Xbox all since launch of each.
Fanboys are the suck.

Game cube would be great if I was 12. I wouldnt even own one if I hadnt got it for free. I play mostly sports titles and first person shooters.....you can keep your Lame cube, thanks.

I'm like PC games over any system my self.
I came to buying a gamecube because I had gotten alot of walmart cards for xmas and GC was at a decent price.

hmm Just about every sports game comes out on the GCN
and who the hell likes FPS on a console! give me keyboard/mouse thanks

Versus gamecubes two good games?
F-Zero and Metroid Prime are the only reason to even own a gamecube, after you've gotten tired of those, like someone above said, it makes a very good door stop.

Name me a good game for the game cube that doesnt contain the word "Mario" in it.
Its not that the Xbox has great first party games, its that most games that come out on multiple platforms are better on the Xbox. Better graphics, faster load times, built in hard drive, and mod capabilities are what make it better for me, Not to mention Xbox live for on-line gaming.
I spend most of my time playing PC and xbox, with PS2 and GC distant third and fourth.
To each thier own I guess.

Metroid Prime. Guess you should have said one game that wasn't developed by Nintendo...

GC has EA sports and Acclaim for sports. Sega sports has already cancelled all future sports titles for the GC.
But hey, If you like Mario Kart, Zelda, Mario Party, Kirby, and the Resident Evils (that were originally on the PSX 8 years ago) more power to you.

gamecube owns for a few things
multi player... always has the best 4 player games...
multi system games.... soul calibur for example.. the game cube version owns the ps2 versions and xbox for a few reasons... mainly.. Link... but he is a reason of his own
Zeldas... gamecube is the only system with em...
controllers... always have the best controllers....
always have 4 slots built into the system... no gay adapter to buy

Yeah, a lot of people liked Metroid prime. I actually liked the GBA version better. But that was a big seller, too.

Xbox has 4 ports, if you think the GC has the best controller you are smoking crack. Its the worst of the three, at least the wavebird is decent.

Whats even worse is I can play Kotor and HALO on my PC so whats the point in playing those other games they kinda suck anyway.
3 of my friends have had an xbox since they came out. The only game they really ever play is halo and thats about it. Why? becuase most others are not worth playing.

Multi-player games like Mario Party are good on the GC. I wont argue that.
Controller? Im not a big fan of the GC controller. The original XBOX controller sucked too, but I like the S-controller.
Soul Caliber? Not much difference. If you like Zelda than the GC version is nice. Im not a big Link fan, tho. ( I own the GC and Xbox version)
GC and Xbox both have 4 controller ports.
The biggest thing the Cube has going for it is its reliability. I dont see many come back. (we get a few more Xbox's and A LOT of PS2's by comparison)

Rogue Squadron 3 was the biggest dissapointment for the GC this season. Our buyers got hit hardest on that release. Viewtiful Joe was a solid seller tho.
