Looking for a program that will let me send text messages to a cell phone from my computer. What's a good one?

then reverse phone look up that # and it should tell you the provider. most of the time it does. there's a million reverse phone lookup web pages out there.

There are websites, and some programs that will let you send text messages to any cellphone number for free. I don't think there are any free ones that will let you receive messages though.
