Hi there! Horizons: Empire of Istaria is a massively multiplayer online role-playing game (commonly called a MMORPG) developed by Artifact Entertainment. It was released in Europe on December 5, 2003 in North America. As you probably know, after changing billing system and official forum activities, developer added new servers to the list of Horizons: Empire of Istaria servers, and merged all American servers into one server system. Only a few servers at the moment are used for playing Horizons: Empire of Istaria, most of them where shout down in December of 2006.
