for the amount of shit you need for it, why even bother.
I suppose because its a 1h enchantment but bleh the healing and spell power enchantments are just insane on regs needed.

by what it looks like, I mean the glow / effect. I know what it does cause I have it in my book now, just haven't put it on a weapon yet.
